Connecting a device
You receive a personal configuration from the administrator. Import it into the sync client on your device and you are done; there is nothing to configure on this website. Each configuration is tied to one person, so please do not pass it on.

Troubleshooting
- The first sync is very slow
- That is expected for a big archive. Leave the device on mains power and on Wi-Fi; the transfer resumes where it stopped.
- It worked yesterday and does not connect today
- Check the date and time on the device first: a clock that is off by more than a couple of minutes breaks the secure connection. Then try another network.
- I changed my phone
- Ask for a fresh configuration instead of copying the old one. The old device is then switched off on our side.
